Worldwide Benevolence Fund was created in 2009. Our mission is to help those who cannot help themselves around the world by fostering long-term community relationships. We aim to help people through education, labor support and encouragement. We also strive to support the local community by purchasing team supplies from their local vendors rather than bringing them with the team. We work with other organizations who have the same philosophy of "teaching the community to fish" rather than simply "giving them a fish" and creating more dependency. We strive to make a world of difference, one life at a time.
Many organizations that conduct humanitarian aid have limited ways to raise funds so they lose opportunities to expand their teams and/or support more teams for humanitarian aid. Worldwide Benevolence Fund aids these organizations by giving their teams more opportunities to raise funds both locally and online, expanding their ability to help people in need. Our goal is to send as many people as we possibly can throughout the world to serve those who cannot help themselves due to lack of means, education and/or oppression.
Worldwide Benevolence Fund is a 501(c)3 organization and all donations are tax deductible. We are registered with the GuideStar charity review service.
